Jewelry and diamond certificates

Eligible center diamonds are accompanied by IGI certification:

●   Round center diamonds: 0.30 carat and above

●   Fancy-shape center diamonds: 0.50 carat and above

●   Please check each product page for its specific certification details

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in THB. The total payable amount is shown at checkout.

●   Orders are subject to payment verification and product availability.

●   If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate remedy or refund.

Warranty and returns

We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in the jewelry setting, subject to the warranty terms explained below.

●   We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

●   If an item has a manufacturing defect, is incorrect or does not match the agreed description, please contact LUMINARI so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy in accordance with our warranty terms and applicable law.
